The manager on shift needs to staff better. Always a long wait at the til (where is the self service anyway?)

I came into boots to other day as I need an item for my sister, the staff were friendly and polite carol was very helpful she took me to the items I needed help me pick a nice gift set ,asked if I needed anything else and then served me at the till straight away.
