Have been unable to purchase from the website, I just get a message "Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state." Called them over a week ago and they said try again in a few days. Tried again today and got the same message, called again and they just said the website is still being fixed...

This chemist has gone right down since the change of boss. Rude, uncaring staff often lie about receiving prescriptions, even though I check with doctors that they were sent. I'm changing chemist now. Enough is enough
