“Alex’s product knowledge was evident and impressive as they helped me pick out skincare products to add to my existing routine, tackling the concerns I presented them with, with ease and confidence. Through this they gained my trust, so I was happy to let them take the lead and advise me.They were responsive to my short attention span as we moved on to exploring fragrances and helped me pick out some new additions to complement my existing preferences. This involved telling Alex some personal stories about memories I associated with one in particular, ‘death and decay’. When I asked if I could smell it again, for the first time in almost a decade, this time they handed me the bottle and the card, which I thought was a demonstration of their mindfulness and ability to show empathy.Working in Learning and Development, customer service to me is always best when it feels personal, and this absolutely did. Cannot recommend Alex enough!”

“Friat time going in the stroe Kelsey W helped me with some foundation in the Nottingham store, she was so lovely, she tested the foundation on my face and gave me some amazing tips aswell on the beat way to apply it. I even brought the primer she used and some brushes becuase I wanted to recreate the foundation the way she showed and described to me. Honestly couldn't recommend her more”

“Needed copy of eye test. Tried to get thru by phone for 2 days. Always engaged. In desperation went to optician dept at Brent cross to see if they can help. Been here an hour - they couldnt helpUpdate 27 April. In desperation I went thru their customer complaints dept and they were able to expedite matters, They also found out that their phone system was not working - hence the numerous calls over many days that were not answered.”

“On 18th November 2021 I was in need of an emergency prescrption and advice for my elderly mother and directed to contact the Boots pharmacy at Bingham by the NHS 111 Service. The pharmacist I spoke with could not have been more helpful and considerate. I think her name was Meena or Jasmena. She seemed completely dedicated to customer service and took a great deal of time to help resolve my issues providing reassurance at a difficult and stressful time. From the hubbub in the background the store was clearly busy yet this pharmacist continued to devote time to my needs. I am most grateful to her. She is a credit to the profession and to Boots.”

“Post code on paperwork was wrong g for location they have it as ng901wt which is a round about. Once arrived we're extremely quick to process me through normally give you a mobile and wait in trailer park until given bay, I was given a bay and after took straps off and given keys was tipped in 20 minutes 60 pallets and staff very friendly.”
