Super upset with the service. I like Kiko makeup but the last 2 times I’ve been in the advisors have been very rude, just a basic smile would’ve been nice when I walked in? This is a minimum expectation. Instead I got attitude from all advisors and no help at all.

Just lovely cosmetics at a reasonable price. The store is well laid out and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Waited 1 hour while the manger wasted my time pretending she was going to exchange faulty item. She was waiting for a nasty response however I knew that she was devious from I laid eyes on her.
