“Upon arrival I was seen almost immediately and was taken through some preliminary questions. I was then given some initial tests before my main eye exam. All the staff I met were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The eye exam was very thorough and I wasn't pressured into buying any particular style of glasses. My chosen spectacles were also very good value for money.”

“July edit. Now back to 5 stars as hand Sanitiser replenishedIt, I previously said ..... It really is great having a pharmacy in the village. It's convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I've removed 2 stars !! It's been an odd month, so I happened to go in 6 times so far this month (June 2023) and each time tried to use the hand Sanitiser but it's empty. Additionally they have removed the Perspex dividing screen at the counter -why ?? It was only a partial screen, but to me it makes complete sense. Rules may have changed but sense should prevail.”

“Small pharmacy in the centre of town. Friendly staff. Nikki is the pharmacist, friendly and discreet. Barbra and the other lady are the dispensers and till workers, very helpful and friendly too. Will answer any questions and help wherever possible. Always ready for a friendly natter too. Always leave this pharmacy in a better mood that when I entered.”

“Put my prescriptions monthly sometimes twice a month for my mother when the script is ready I receive the text message and they go above and beyond the front house. Staff are really nice and the pharmacists are very well educated and polite along with the rest of the team. I think this particular branch runs in an extremely professional manner, I would recommend if you are at any other pharmacists to change to this one”

“In my personal opinion, I have nothing but 5 stars for this pharmacy, I've been on my current medication for 12yrs, been with well at balderton & they still have times where they can't seem to order enough in but are quite happy to give the last in the cupboard to a walk in knowing I'm in next morning as I'm on 12hrly release so my next dose on themorning I arrive is at 10am....... I quite often end up here & 3 they can fill it straight away (luckily hubby is off work so can drive me, but I don't drive) so grateful for these guys... Thank you”
