“Called yesterday. A really personal, friendly service and we were treated with respect and as individuals. It is impossible to fault the staff. It was a very hot day and we were offered glasses of cold water whilst waiting for the pharmacist who was out delivering medication. A pleasure to deal with and very highly recommended.”

“This is a good chemist and most of the staff r very helpfull and polite but get feed up with the chemist doctor keep changeing as the custmier gets used to 1 then few weeks later they change again and also the normal shop assantainc they also get moved to the other co.op chemist which is in town”

“Clean well laid out shop. Hardly any staff around but I suppose thats what it's going to be like these days. Had to ask lady on till where to find something, she couldn't show me because of leaving the till unmanned. Left empty handed and got what I needed in another shop which had a number of staff on the shop floor”

“Shop was well laid out. First time ever been in this shop,so of course couldn't find anything, a shop assistant took me to two different places cos I really couldn't find these two items, despite one been about 4 foot from where I was standing. Would use again”

“Our NEW local Co Op is fantastic. It was much needed for the area and is definitely a great addition. It is larger and has much more stock and much more choice. I used to have to go to a couple of different shops to get what I needed sometimes when I didn't want to go to the main supermarket but just needed a few things I had to go to multiple shops but now I can go to our new co op and it's all there. Parking is great, lots of spaces, disabled spaces and access and 2 electric charging bays. Everyday there is fresh bakery items, coffee machine, slushy machine, even fresh free drinking water for customers. The new cash machine located in the back of the shop is updated and easy to use. It's lovely to see our lovely co op workers happy in there new shop. Thankyou for all your hard work setting up the new shop and we hope you will all be happy in your new work home ❤️”

“Nice store, friendly staff. Good range of goods. An added bonus is the instore pharmacy. The only downside and not really co-ops fault is that if you call at school run time every car park space, including the 2 disabled bays and double yellow lines are taken by mums at the school next door and the shop empty!”

“Small but perfectly formed. Situated at the entrance road to the Co-Op shop in the old furniture and coffin maker workshop. It is all on the ground floor although the servicing area is quite small, no more than 5 customers at any one-time. Due to this there are limited pick-your own items, so it would be best described the pharmacy as a prescription/ non-prescription dispensary.Lack of staff and only one pharmacist can make service slow, but they are very friendly and helpful. Looks to be one consulting room.Access for the mobility impaired is very good and adequate for those confined to a wheelchair without able body help. Large electric wheelchairs (Inc small scooters) would find entrance very difficult.Disabled parking (2 slots) is in the main shop car park and can be a nightmare. It's too small and badly laid out”

“My last visit to Boots had been moved to January this year from my normal visit in November so technically I was not due for an appointment - however I needed to replace my spare pair of glasses which I had lost in my garden. Boots allowed me to attend my appointment, the examination was thorough and the information given to me was very clear. I had full confidence in the specialist and was shown the photos of the back of my eyes and informed of the changes and what to expect. The ordering of the replacement glasses was done efficiently. All in all a good visit to Boots in Lincoln.”

“Excellent called in to collect prescription for my wife. Staff took trouble to find mine which I was not expecting to be ready till tomorrow. Recently taken opportunity to have the text service to notify when prescription ready. Previous 2 collections I have been notified within 3 hours of submitting application to surgery. Thank you.”

“I have to post a positive review for this pharmacy because whenever I go there are always people moaning about how long they have to wait for their items and most of the time it is because they have not allowed enough time between ordering prescription and going to pick it up. So I would like to say that whenever I go I have always received a text to tell me that my pills are ready and on the very rare occasion that I have not had a text I ring to check if they are ready. The staff are always helpful and have never been rude. I went last Monday after seeing my GP and was invited to sit inside while the prepared my item, the staff member on the door was constantly getting grief from customers and I don't know how she kept her calm. So to all pharmacy staff, thank you , most of your customers appreciate what you are doing. ?”

They were able to work with my grandmother's new doctors surgery and make sure she had her prescriptions delivered on time, in dossette boxes for her to manage with ease.
