“This isn’t a Lloyd’s anymore but the new owners are really helpful. My medication is suffering a shortage and most pharmacies outright said they couldn’t get it. This pharmacy went out of their way to find stock. Would recommend if you live nearby.Be aware that the old reviews are probably referring to when this was still a Lloyd’s pharmacy. I think it changed hands around 6 months ago.”

They explained that one of the items was out of stock but that they had contacted my surgery and agreed on an alternative product and that this was expected in later that day.The following morning my prescription arrived, delivered by a very efficient lady in the pouring rain!In these days of not being able to speak to most businesses it is a pleasant change to receive such efficient and helpful service.Many thanks...”

“Professional, informed, kind and compassionate. They are the best pharmacy in town. Also as a patient you can choose where your scripts go - I chose St Peter's Hill because it's near my office but it's just so efficient. They keep you informed and have late closing so you can collect late. They are really, really good.”

I had such a great service that I decided I would buy the perfume from boots instead of John Lewis who sent the original sample. Such a friendly and welcoming person made me feel so comfortable. “Goodness me i have just been reading the reviews,firstly people complaining about the queues,you do realise you are the same as the people in the queue so are adding to that queue?wanting the same thing as you your medication, your not special you know!!!!
Try having a little patience ,I have witnessed rude people speaking to staff in an unacceptable manner, if you speak to someone politely and treat them as you would like to treated there shouldn't be a problem?
I have never had any problem at asda pharmacy but if the staff are rude I wonder why ???????????”
