I would like to say a big thank you to Lia and the other staff member whose name I forget, for calling an ambulance and staying with me till it arrived, when I fell down the steps, badly injuring my head and shoulder. Ignorant staff, wouldn't open a till as I won't use self check out so left trolley of shopping in store. Emailed head office 3 times still no reply
