I bought 3for2 cosmetics online at Boots, and one of the items was expired. When I asked my husband to exchange it, the blonde sales said it couldn't be exchanged, and rudely took my item away, telling him that I would not get any refund. This was total robbery.

Me and my daughter visited this store today. I don't know the sales assistants name but she was positioned at the small payment point at the stores front entrance.
