“Last week I took one of my bikes for a Health Check - main problem was noisy disc brakes and derailleur adjustment. They did both quickly. I took the bike out but the gears needed another tweek. They did it immediately and without any problems. It was then brilliant. So I took my other bike (similar mbike Cube) for just the gears. Drew (again) checked it over and immediately realised the chain was on incorrectly (straight from the manufacturers!) he fixed it and we had a couple of goes to get the gears set. Absolutely brilliant. All done and fantastic. This chap (and the other one who's name I didn't get) are brilliant. So considerate and great on customer service. They know their stuff and I highly recommend them. Thank you very much.”
