“Me and my daughter visited this store today. I don't know the sales assistants name but she was positioned at the small payment point at the stores front entrance. My daughter wanted to get the student discount and this lady did a great job helping her to register for the discount on the ipad. Meanwhile a female customer behind us had quite a complex query which couldn't be dealt with quickly so the is customer let my daughter pay for her 2 items. However the sakes assistant just had to process my daughters discount. The other customer was extremely rude to the sales person and kept complaining she was kept waiting and was taking too long. The sales assistant dealt with this customer so patiently and civilly despite her rudeness. Excellent customer service, this sales assistant deserves a pay ruse and a pat on the back.”
