terrible service, can not get in touch through phonethe app anima app is glitchy and won't allow me to select specific surgery requested. I need an appointment but can not get through yet again

On average takes an hour to get through to book an appointment, told you need to speak with a doctor about medication etc urgently and when you get through to book an appointment are told to ring back tomorrow. My wife has tried to ring everyday of the week, everytime shes on hold for around an hour and a half, they dont help with queries, they just tell you to ring back at 8, we will be registering somewhere that is more reliable, never been registered at a doctors like this?
