On average takes an hour to get through to book an appointment, told you need to speak with a doctor about medication etc urgently and when you get through to book an appointment are told to ring back tomorrow. When ringing back at 0830 on hold for an hour again and no appointments to even speak with a doctor over the phone (urgently) for at least 5 days.If you're ringing for an appointment be prepared to wait for an hour at least. I will be changing doctors very soon for me and my family because service from wellway is horrendous and potentially dangerous

My wife has tried to ring everyday of the week, everytime shes on hold for around an hour and a half, they dont help with queries, they just tell you to ring back at 8, we will be registering somewhere that is more reliable, never been registered at a doctors like this?

My wife left work early to attend an appointment at Pegswood after 1st appointment was cancelled at Ashington and this was the soonest available. She travelled from Longbenton to Pegswood 18.5 mile only to find out her appointment was cancelled again. The reception said they called and left a message (1 1/2hrs before appointment) but no call was received or message. Poor service by Valens Medical yet again.

Not a great impression of a surgery I?ll be registering with. My 4 year old had a high temperature and suspected tonsillitis and when I rang to get an emergency appointment they said we couldn?t get one. We are moving into the area and literately have the forms filled out but said he would get an appointment until they are processed. So rang around others that all said the same. Baffles me really as apparently you can get a temporary registrations for emergencies like this one and two we literally had the forms to register. Told to ring 111, with the services so stretched such a disappointment that we were told to go to them with something they could have solved. Hope once we are registered it?s a better experience.

Absolutely ridiculous service and they are currently under investigationThe results of the surveys are faked as the previous pharmacist asked people to fill them in to meet the amount required! So no its not outstanding at all.
