I think this optician's need a course on customer service, called in to buy some glasses and was made to feel belittled and was embarrassing, the lady spoke as if i was thick as i wanted to purchase a frame without prescription lenses as i wanted a frame for fashion to wear with an outfit and was told i needed a eye test... read full comment

Had a referral to my GP from my appointment, and the email didn't go through. Called up and Joanne went back and forth with them until my appointment was sorted. Went above and beyond!
