I have never experienced this high level of comfort and courtesy while having an eye test.Megan was 100% professional in every aspect of my eye test. Every question I asked was explained in full without myself feeling bamboozled with science as I had felt with other opticians in the past. Despite Megan's youthful appearance she was perfection at it's best in her professional capacity. First class in people skills while being able to enjoy light-hearted conversation. Nothing seemed to be a problem. The team at Cramlington opticians couldn't be any better in my opinion and I look forward to seeing them in the future. THANKS.”
