“Excellent customer service! Both front headlight bulbs went on the same day. We tried several garages, but none could fit us in the same day. Drove to Halfords, Cramlington and were seen by an extremely helpful gentleman who very quickly changed both bulbs and resolved the problem. It had been a very stressful experience, trying other garages, and we really needed it sorted before dark. We received excellent service. Very polite, helpful and quick service. Thank you!”

“Great service in-store today from Alex, Neil and a lady whose name I didn't catch. I had ordered a strimmer online and the guard got locked without being in properly. Alex was happy to assist with exchange but Neil was somehow able to unlock the guard that was half locked in, so I was able to leave without the hassle of returning. In addition I'm disabled and Alex kindly got me a chair to sit on whilst this was done and even carried he strimmer back out. Thank you for your kindness and help.”

“Put a Xbox series x in for repair the process was easy they kept me updated along the way and returned it good as new. The fault was a power supply unit/not turning on and I nearly bought another one until I gave this a try. It’s free if they don’t fix so nothing to lose. No damage, a two year warranty on the new parts and all done within two weeks for £99. A big than you to the tech centre and Cramlington CEX, I would most certainly recommend this service to anyone in need of repair.”
