“Very good but when I went to the big sign saying CLICK AND COLLECT to pick up my online purchase I was told I had to join the mile long queue of shoppers waiting to pay for in-store purchases so I left it until the next day when not so busy . Seems foolish to advertise a CLICK & COLLECT and then be banished as if I was trying to jump the queue .”
