“I would like to thank the two staff at the Halfords Bangor store who were on the bicycle repair desk on Saturday 18th May. I think it was Carl and Simon who replaced my daughter's broken bicycle chain on her bicycle which we had purchased at Christmas with no hesitation. This allowed us all to continue our cycle on a local track. Cheers Guys.”

“My wife always enjoys Dunelm, this time we popped to the cafe as our daughter had just fallen asleep. We had a buttie and a jacket potato, 2 coffees and a slice of Cheesecake. The mains were spot on, enjoyed them considering the price. The Cheesecake looked amazing, it just wasnt unfortunately, I felt it was missing something. The coffee was the most disappointing part, was very bitter even with the added sugar. I'd probably eat here again, just not for a coffee.”
“I was in today 1/11/23 at the customer service desk with a issue I had with tiles I purchased. I have to say the two members of staff that helped me (one morning, one afternoon) were understanding, kind and so very helpful. I had a fantastic customer service experience. Honestly I was having a nightmare day and when I left the store I felt so much better and reassured. Super skills and a very happy customer. This is not the first time I’ve had this brilliant experience I’d also a chair problem last year and that staff member went over and above. Thank you all so much Homebase! “Very well stocked charity shop crammed mostly with ladies fashion garments, accessories and footwear, also a selection of gentlemen's and children's attire. Wall pictures, ornaments, books and DVDs on display. Prices a bit on the high side but most folks seem to still appreciate rummaging out a bargain!”
