The guys attended to my request immediately and without any fuss, did exactely what they said they would do and got on with the job. The manager told me it would take approx 40 minutes and it actually took 42 mins (not that I was counting). They put my mind completely at ease and I thank them for that!! Good job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
