“Kwik fit staff in Coleraine were so helpful. My daughter who is an occupational therapist for the NHS damaged her tyre on a call this afternoon. She drive to Kwik fit even though the guys were closing up and the guys stayed on to sort her out. They were excellent and so kind to help her. Definitely go back”

“We were on holiday and experienced a tyre blowout. Not knowing anyone, and struggling to find help, the kindness of a stranger pulled over to help us (thank you Henry). Upon inspection, he called his friends over at O’Connells. A short time later, Seamus showed up and got us on our way. Furthermore, when our credit card was initially declined, he offered to “settled up tomorrow, just give me a call.” We were able to sort out payment, but we will never forget the kindness shared to our family. “Had an issue with alignment and another squeaking /grinding noise. The young lad did the wheel alignment and then proceeded to check the every thing for the mystery noise. He gave the car back and said he wasn’t sure what it is. He has actually fixed the issue without knowing he did so like to say top man for taking the time and looking when it wasn’t on the job description good company will be back”
