Kwik fit staff in Coleraine were so helpful. My daughter who is an occupational therapist for the NHS damaged her tyre on a call this afternoon. She drive to Kwik fit even though the guys were closing up and the guys stayed on to sort her out. They were excellent and so kind to help her. Definitely go back

Wheels alignment within a few hours of calling up in the morning. Fantastic, fast and all done with no issues. I had a slightly larger VW T5, which doesn't always fit in standard garage ramps. Colin was prepared to see if he could help if I drove done there. I'm glad I did. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much, as I was a long way from home.

I booked a slot a 10:30 last Thursday for brake pads, stating I only wanted pads as I could not really afford any other expense. I was told it would take maybe 2 hours so I made plans accordingly (I had to be in Belfast by late afternoon). The staff then convinced me on the phone I also really needed discs and a rear calliper (quoting me £500), telling me they would not have the car ready until 16:30-17:00, so I had to change my plans for the day. When I went to pick up the car at 16:45 they told me it would be a few minutes, so I sat around waiting. Then, at 17:30 they told me I would not be able to take the car until the next day as they were having problems with the calliper and the car could not be driven (first they said they had been sent the wrong part and then they said the new calliper was faulty!). So I had to sack all my plans for Thursday and Friday, causing me real problems. It gets worse: I picked the car up the next morning but after taking the car, on the way into Belfast, the rear brake calliper fitted by Kwik Fit seized and locked 'on' when I was driving, so I pulled in to Kwik Fit Ormeau Road where they told me the car was unsafe to drive, they would not be able to get another calliper in time to fit it that day and would not have anyone available to fit brakes until the following Monday. So, I had to pay for a taxi to take me and all my stuff where I had to go. Finally, on Monday afternoon, 5 days after popping in for brake pads, I picked up the car and it seems to be sorted. A really poor experience overall. On the plus side, the manager at Coleraine was very apologetic and the staff in Belfast were very helpful but I will not be rushing to use Kwik Fit again.

Disappointed by the lack of empathy and urgency
We got a flat tyre in Coleraine while on our way to the Foyle Cup quarter final in Londonderry which my 10 year old son was to play in. We pulled into Kwik Fit and explained the situation ? we were under time pressure and just needed a quick tyre change to get to the match.
Although the garage was quiet, the manager told us it would be at least 45 minutes to an hour before they could look at it. There was no attempt to help, no flexibility, and no understanding of our situation.
In the end, we phoned Modern Tyres from the Kwik Fit forecourt, and they told us to come round immediately ? despite being busy themselves, they took us straight away and got us back on the road.
Disappointed that Kwik Fit couldn?t show even a bit of empathy or effort to help in a genuine moment of need. A bit of kindness would have gone a long way.

On a road trip from Dublin and ran into some car issues. The team at Kwikfit were very helpful at getting us back on the road with a fast service and reassuring us we were ok to drive. Thanks a mil for your help

Called in for a battery as I needed one quick. Waited two hours, got charged £135 for a £90 battery, and had to spend an hour cleaning the brake dust and crap out of the car. ALWAYS AVOID IF YOU CAN!
