Great staff, good range. Stock availability for the store on the website not always available/accurate. 'New' click and collect location not as convenient as old one and not always staffed.

Staff really poor at help. Happily stand around and chat today just about searching a product code for me with no suggestions after 0 stock. One exception, Jarek. He happily took his time to help me cut larder shelves from a piece of timber instead of sending me away to look for flat packs. Ended up cheaper too. Thanks... read full comment

I have ibs and I really needed to go but they closed the toilets so I had to use the disabled one. I was in there and an old man needed to go so my mum asked for the two toilets to be open and one of the workers said in a snarky way “we don’t want to do that” so please look into this
