“We had our kitchen installed by Exorna and very quickly identified an issue with the doors which was absolutely nothing to do with Exorna but was to do with the original manufacturing process used by the door manufacturer. We reported the matter to Exorna and to be honest they have been superb in helping us sort the problem. They came to our home, viewed the issue, offered options and solutions, advised us on what was best suited for our usage and agreed a path forward. Only yesterday the fitting team came and replaced all of the door fronts and finishes and have done a fantastic job. I can honestly say that from original design and install through to replace and repair the team have been fantastic with their advice and support. Do not believe the naysayers, Exorna do an excellent job and are well worth a visit! I haven’t named anyone specifically as it is a team effort but everyone involved know who they are, the role they played and the satisfaction they have supplied. Thank you!”
