Poor service - staff not capable of dealing with a damaged product, a lot of wasted time back and forth.

Poor service today from both the online side of argos and the coleraine store. Cramped. The staff are overworked, and the queues aren’t really properly marked. Was just in and the whole setup was organised. That said, this is coming from the company who could have easily beaten Amazon at their own game but were so slow-footed that they’re now a pick-up location in a supermarket.It’s a pity.... read full comment
