Customer service was shocking. Rude staff, no staff in the footwear section. The shoes needed were also incorrectly priced at £45 and were actually double that. Very disappointing, won’t be shopping here again

Lazy staff with very little work ethic, they want wages but don't want to work for them. Poor attitude and don't know anything about the things they sell. This store has went downhill in the last couple of years, won't be back.
