I’d gotten some laces for my shoes, and Ana took time and showed me in detail how to tie these properly as they required double knotting due to the length compared to the shoe eyelets - she stayed calm, kind and professional despite an unexpected moment with a late store delivery. I was really impressed by the service and their attitude in the middle of that, thank you so much!!!”

“Amazing experience - I’d been running around trying to find a good quality sofa when I stopped in to Next to look at sofas haphazardly. Ended up asking a couple of questions that turned into an in depth overview of materials, sizings and styles of sofas. The manager (who I believe is called Mark) was brilliant at not only giving advice, information and colour swatches but also at giving space to have a think over what you were looking at.

Never a fan of feeling under pressure in a store and didn’t feel it here. I walked in sure I wasn’t getting a sofa from next and left sold on the idea that there was nowhere better.

I went in a day later and Anna was also a brilliant help. Very quick, chatty and friendly ensuring the colour, material and sizing were definitely what I wanted before ordering and talking me through the finance process making it a breeze.

The sofa has now arrived and again I’m really impressed, the delivery men were friendly and efficient. I live in a quirky terrace and getting it into the room I wanted upstairs was dubious but they did a great job.

Finally the verdict on the sofa is that it is very comfortable, fits perfectly and the colour and texture is exactly what I wanted. It’s another piece added to my home office that I’m slowly trying to decorate.

The finance team were also great in that I could change the date to one that suited me better payment wise (but that technically Barclays).

I’m waiting on an ottoman that should arrive soon but I’m not worried in the slightest about quality if everything so far is what I’m going off.

Overall I genuinely don’t think there is anything I could say that would be negative about my experience. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in years and I’ve dealt with a lot of companies and businesses in the last year since moving home. 11/10

“SPECTACULAR customer service and passion for their craft. I inquired about Saphir products for a pair of shoes I hadn’t even bought from this gentleman, and yet he generously spent 10-15 minutes teaching me about leather shoe maintenance, giving me his recommendations on how to care for them, and even suggesting a local cobbler. He was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. Additionally, I saved money as I ended up purchasing fewer products from them than I thought I needed. 10 stars if I could — I will definitely be buying my next pair of shoes here.”

“I had the best shopping experience this afternoon at All Saints, Victoria Square. Shopping on my own and indecisive when it comes to choosing sizes at the best of times, I figured it would be an unsuccessful retail trip. However - Romi & Terence - my apologies if I’ve gotten that wrong - were a god send. They were so lovely and friendly and helpful and non-intimidating. They spent time suggesting pieces for me to try, fetching items & sizes and giving advice on what to wear and how to wear it - and it was so helpful and enjoyable. I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t feel like they were just pushing for a sale. I felt like a smug Julia Roberts as I walked out of the store, confident with my new wardrobe. The store itself is relaxing and spacious. The staff are a joy. I can’t recommend this All Saints enough.”

Staff are very helpful if you have specific enquires.For those who want more limited releases of shoes they are a small store so they don't get many. “This store was very busy today but the staff were very attentive to the queue and tried to get everyone sorted.We got what we needed and the staff checked to ensure the sizes were correct.One of the items we bought was supposed to be marked for a sale discount and the cashier applied had made us aware and marked it down.”
