Would prefer though that more tills did cash offerings instead of cash and refunds as its a longer wait for service. But overall a pleasant experience.”

“We were in the Longwood Road Newtownabbey store on Thursday 4th May and were very impressed with the staff member who served us - called Kelly. I was looking for wide fitting flat shoes to accommodate a severe bunion and hammer toe. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the range of products and pointed me to a good selection of wide fitting shoes and also advised on which brands it might be an idea to size up on, and made good suggestions. She was extremely pleasant and patient - nothing was too much trouble, but she also gave you space to try on without feeling hovered over. Kelly is a credit to this Pavers store.Maggie Charteris”

“Quiz clothing in abbey centre Northern Ireland were very good they had a lot of choices to pick from for all different styles and sizes and the staff especially were excellent especially 1 of the staff called Cathy she was very helpful and very professional she helped me find the right dress and shoes for the event i am going to overall I had a very pleasant experience”

“I visited this M&S outlet to purchase a pair of basic shorts. I located a pair that were priced £12.50. I approached the counter and the young male called for the manager.Under the rule of law, the lady was under no obligation to honour the marked price. The lady informed myself that the price was set to increase to £15-£17, however she honoured the marked price.It does not cost much to be nice or kind. Thank you”

We have to say that Chloe at the tills was just fantastic. 2 of the shirts weren't available in store , Chloe re-ordered them online for us. The other shirt size wasn't out on sale, but Chloe searched out the back and found it. Thank You, Superb Customer Service”
