I bought some trainers here just after Christmas 2024. The woman at the till didn't take the security tag off the shoes, and when I went to leave the alarm went off. I was approached by two security guards, accused of theft and brought back in. It took 20 minutes to verify even though I had a receipt with proof of purchse

There no return policy, sucks, but on top of that, what their employees in the store tell you is totally misleading.
