Poor customer service, had a bad experience shopping here, the stuff didn't pay any attention to us, didn't show us how to use certain products, it was just horrible never visiting this store again

Am not the one to leave reviews but Today me and my friend went to buy baby stroller and baby essentials but the staff did not once acknowledge us we were the one happen to ask how much was the product or other inquiries they looked so uninterested to help us to my surprise a white couple came in immediately the staff approached... read full comment

I believe this store is alive only because of Darcy- what an excellent person- she patiently explained and gave demo about how does pram things work— and provided honest information about offers and their validity.. very kind and patient— thanks much again Darcy
