Frustrating Experience Poor Service, Lack of Knowledge, and Unprofessional Behaviour
I recently sent a friend into the store with an old oil boiler pump in hand to find a replacement. He showed the part directly to the staff at the counter, yet was bizarrely offered a circulating water pump something entirely different....

Absolutely hate having to come to this place! It’s the head office of the organisation and yet the attitude of the staff is absolutely disgusting! The stock level is normally okay, which is why I have given two stars but this branch could do with sending it staff out to the other branches to learn customer service from...
