Then when I went down to the branch a lovely guy( with glasses ? can’t mind his name sorry) got me a sample tile and allowed me to take it home to colour match it with existing tiles. He was also able to get me a brochure to show the tile range. Lovely and friendly and helpful despite the fact it was also very early on a Saturday morning ? very upbeat and good friendly atmosphere in the shop.”
