Visited Belfast Boucher Road store today and was helped by Mark store man to find runner mats for my hallway. Very pleasant and helpful so big thanks to Mark. You should be pleased to have such a accommodating employee.

No staff upstairs at all. Wandered around for at least 15 minutes and no one there. Stood at their desks for a bit and nothing. Saw other customers looking for assistance too.
