“Went in yesterday the bartender Nathan was just so nice and pleasant. my friend and I where sitting drinking and just noticed how nice and friendly he was to every costumer that had came up to the bar he's a good egg just thought I'd leave a review for him.”

“We had an amazing stay here! We had a room upgrade to a beautiful view. Breakfast was 1st class, especially the black pudding.
We had an evening meal too and it was delicious. Ruth, was so friendly and helpful, in fact all the staff were very helpful ?
Would definitely recommend.”

“Where do I begin… after a successful shopping trip and meatball pit stop we had the joy of meeting Joel at the checkout. Not only was he approachable and radiating positive energy, he was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when guiding us through the student discount process. They say when you smile, the world smiles back. This must be the case for Joel, as when he smiles, you can’t help but smile too. He had a genuinely amazing energy that really lifted our spirits. “Lovely clean comfortable Twin room, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is brilliant, so central, easy walk to Hop on Hop off bus start and to the Crown Pub, and very easy walk to and from main Bus station. Lots of shops around too.Only downfall is noisy at night from the pubs around, and we were on 7th floor. Hotel really needs to install triple glazing - but slept well there anyway. Definitely recommend for good priced central hotel”

“The location was very convenient to bus stops and close walking distance to many areas of interest. Check-in was remote but easy. The staff we spoke to on the phone were all friendly. The rooms were nice but it was evident that although a non-smoking property they had been smoked in. The shower drained so slowly that you either had to turn off the water and wait or shower with just a drizzle. We also had issues with the washer/dryer - it appears to be mis-wired as the dryer only cycle would dump water in and soak items completely - meaning we could wash clothes but had to hang dry, them which took days. This was especially frustrating as we had relied on being able to do laundry here during our trip. We reported both of these right away but nothing was fixed during our stay.”

“Nice central location with ample parking Friendly warm welcome from Apeksha on the reception desk. Security deposit had been communicated at the time of booking but was explained in a lot of detail Room was well equipped and clean. Cooker, washing machine etc. Bed nice and comfortable. There was tea and coffee in the apartment Night receptionist Mustafa was very helpful when I enquired about a later checkout”
