“Big store and you can walk up and down for ages trying to find the frozen items you need. No ceiling height signs to direct you to the appropriate section of freezers. Lots of three for £___ offers great if you have freezer space or a family with children. But these offers are not pensioner friendly as single items, are relatively expensive. Access is often difficult due to the McDonald's drive thro' sharing the same access..”

“You tend to ask - shoprite vs lidl vs adsa and morrison - while we think in nigeria the location is spot on, they may need to come for a refresher course in business situating”

“Staff are very helpful. On Saturday I sent my daughter down to get me a clothes airer. It was faulty when taken out of packaging. She took it back tonight and she got it replaced again this one was faulty too. The clothes airer wouldn't stay up and it was away to the one side I noticed the hinges were faulty. Probably a faulty batch.”

“I like shopping at this store as you get good quality produce. What bothers me is when they stop stocking lines that I buy regularly as it means I can't find a replacement that suits me anywhere else. I wish it also stocked Club rock shandy too like they do in the RoI stores!”

“This is a very friendly and helpful store. Now doing free deliveries and nothing a bother. I order one day and can have it delivered next so as we self isolating it is so convenient not having to go into stores for shopping even though they have social distancing markers. Also there breads etc are also so lovely and fresh. Thankyou to all involved .”

“This is one of the only Nisa convenience shops in Northern Ireland and as with all rarities it is considered a bit of a local treasure. Nisa sells everything you could possibly want, from fruit and vegetables to jam and peanut butter for your early morning toast. The reason I write so glowingly about this particular convenience shop is that I have received nothing but great service from the staff and have always found what I am looking for on the Nisa shelves. Recently my mother dearest popped into Nisa to pick up a few things for dinner, you know the usual, pasta, bacon, cheese and some sauce. But despite her best efforts she ended up coming out with 5 bags jam packed full of shopping. In fact im willing to brand it a "big shop". She is a bit of a bargain hunter and admitted that she could not pass up on the offers. The shop assistant even helped her to the car with the unexpected "big shop" and loaded it in the boot. Great Staff and great offers. Nisa is the king of convenience, it even has an ATM in store, so if you too can not pass up the bargains you will be able to fund your shopping with ease.”

“Only go here to collect Nectar points but they do a good range of goods anyway. The off licence section is particularly well stocked and has a great choice of drinks. Their own brand items are very comparable to the bigger ones.”

“I shop often in tesco, I was in store yesterday and both weighing scales for fruit and veg were out of action, I said to one of the staff, are you aware the scales don't work, he said you may go and get someone to fix them, then walked off,no help there whatsoever, I would appreciated if he had said I will try and get that sorted now, not just pass that task on to me as the customer, usually staff are very helpful but sadly I picked the wrong one then.”

“I went to buy cargo trousers and I got exactly what I wanted. I bought two colour of the same item. Beautiful fit, good quality and fair price. I was very pleased also that I got a 20% discount because of my M&S loyalty card. Brilliant service at the service counter as well. Thank you.”

“This place is busy no matter when you go. I really love the fact that it sells literally everything under 1 roof. I never come out empty-handed even when I say I'm only looking. I always see something ...”

“Supermarket is great, the best part of the visit, but service at the cafe is very hit and miss. Would definitely suggest students to have a morrisons more card, since they will be able to redeem discounts and vouchers for their visits.”

“Generally very good service.I am a fairly regular customer here and in particular enjoy the M&S Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings, which with an offer of 3 packs for £7, you can't go wrong.Only downside with this store is there is sometimes a lack of staff to cover tills, sometimes resulting in fairly large queues (although I am aware Self-Service tills were opened relatively recently). On a more recent occurrence, whilst in a hurry to pay for my items, upon using the Self-Service tills, I accidentally left a £5 note (part of my change) in one of the tills. Upon realising this shortly after leaving the store, I immediately rang the store up, explaining what had occurred, and my change was found and kept in an envelope for me to collect when I was to visit next (which I did 3 days later) of which I am very grateful for.”

“This Tesco replaces the springhill shopping centre and the "viscount of clandeboye" restaurant. I still miss the viscount, however the Tesco is a massive improvement over the old Springhill centre. The tiered parking is great for parking in bad weather so you can park in the lower level and stay dry. Its the usual Tesco format making it fairly easy to find anything if your used to other Tesco mega stores like this and end up using this one.”
