I went to get my coins deposited into my current account and Harriet was very kind to help me out and fill the bags according to its coin value, the staff are really sweet and helpful! Thank you Harriet :)

I went in to get paper copies of statements for my accounts - not only did I get these, I also got useful savings advice and a cup of coffee. I would have got a home insurance quote too but for IT issues. All the staff were friendly and helpful; however, I would like to commend Milli for all her assistance
