Tried calling several times but couldn’t get through, from experience they are not overly busy and it seems they like ignoring calls, the one time I did get through the lady was very rude to me. I'm absolutely appalled at the way I was treated at the pharmacy section in Boots last week. I came in last Friday, after I suspected a chest infection and tonsillitis.
