Your hand held scanners are very slow.
If I purchase 12 items. I have to scan each item separately. If it takes 10 seconds for each item …. Do the maths.
Also , can you not work out that I’m over 18 and that if I scan things like red bull then there is no need come and do an age check every single time.

Purchased chinos in store about 12 miles away. . Tried on at home and wanted to buy another pair. Cannot contact store as tel does not give an option to ask about stock. Used WhatsApp tel number on Tesco website and ended up texting a bot. Was instructed that a ‘real person’ would get back to me in 2 hours!
