Just had two wonderful people arrive to take away furniture from my beloved house as I downsize and leave York. They could not have been kinder and more helpful. Please thank them both for making my morning a little nicer than I was expecting. Excellent customer service

Disappointed to drive there from Scarborough and find the place closed with all the shutters down despite their other stores being open and Google advising their opening times as being open.Phone before going would be a good tip to avoid wasting time and money.

We are one in a group of three charities helping local communities by putting pre-owned donated furniture back into circulation, reducing waste through reuse and upcycling, and providing employment and skills experience to people facing long term unemployment or barriers to work.
Our stores are open to everyone to buy good quality pre-owned furniture at affordable prices.
