“Much needed charity in York , I get exactly all the healing care and therapy I need when here , I can't thank or recommend this place enough.The only downside ( which isn't their fault ) is the generic number of sessions allocated to people. Its a shame it can't be like old days when professionals could decide for themselves when the client was ready to leave.Absolutely love everything about this place , the staff are a lovely bunch of gentle and understanding people / earth angels , helping people to better understand their past struggles and move forward in life.My experience of some lovely staff with gentle therapy techniques to help unpick and heal from a difficult childhood .”

“Fantastic shop full of surprises. Some great clothes too, often brand new. Can't believe people actually make returns to a charity shop and ask for a refund! Its a charity shop for goodness sake, the people working in there are giving their time free of charge and the best way to support them and the cause, is to buy items. If we change our mind, why not just donate it back? Have a post Christmas sort out and take it to Barnardo's if you can!”

“Had a wonderful stay the room was lovely and clean bed was huge and comfy. Great night sleep. Breakfast was fantastic with great variety. Here for a meeting the meeting room was lovely and airy. Lunch was delicious.”
