“Help the aged is located on Finkle Street a few doors down from the Hearing Dogs For Deaf People Charity shop. There is Pay and Display parking further down the road. Help the aged is a national charity with the aim to help older people avoid poverty, isolation, neglect and age discrimination. Help the aged in Selby sell all second hand goods ranging from clothes, books, toys and bric-a-brac. The prices are more competitive than most charity shop and therefore are one of the busiest charity shops in Selby. Help the aged offer lots of advice to the elderly from how to keep warm to how to avoid the flue. The staff are mainly volunteers and are very friendly. Donations either in the way of cash or second hand goods are always welcomethat's what my Aunt says (staff bless her) :)”
