Awful. They don't send reminders to your phone when your prescription is due, or when it's ready to pick up. You try ring to find out if it is ready and they don't answer, I've had to go all bank holiday with no tablets, which I'm meant to take every day, now I have bad withdrawal symptoms and their phone still isn't connected,... read full comment
