Staff were very welcoming, our room clean and very comfortable. Location was about 3 miles from York centre and park and ride was only 5mins from Premier Inn. Ideal to leave car and have a pleasant ride through York. Will be revisiting York and will stay at the Premier Inn again.

Check in staff were exceptionally friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The guy was very friendly and super helpful. The room was as expected for a family. Lovely staff on reception room was fine apart from no air con with temperatures reaching 30 degrees given a fan but didn’t do much also we were on ground floor and car park directly outside room no nets up so had to stay in complete darkness throughput our stay I mentioned this to reception and he said he had put nets... read full comment
