Very poor service and signage. We asked for advice about walking poles. The person we asked was polite but utterly clueless. We ended up getting help from a fellow customer who was kind and happened to be knowledgeable.There was a sale on but it wasn't at all clear what price anything was. My husband purchased two camping tables. He noticed a garden lounge set , reduced from £1200 to £249.He came home telling me about it so we went back to buy it.I was told there weren’t any in stock and they weren’t allowed to sell the display model.This had come from head office.Now head office can send as many messages... read full comment
