“Arrived without an appointment for a new battery fitting. Was told there may be a wait as they had other jobs, but even so this was only 15 minutes. Then the friendly assistant said he could do it straight away as there was some confusion over the early job in the queue. Went for a quick walk around the nearby shops and by the time we got back it was all done. No fuss, no problems, no delays, just enthusiasm to do the job with a smile. What more could you ask for? His colleague was just as helpful, when we went back to pay.”
