Absolutely shocking customer service, my wife ordered an item and has not received it or any communication. With no way of getting her money back. Avoid this person at all costs, will be in touch with trading standards

Ordered online, received no email confirmation. Haven't received the item a month and a half later.I emailed an enquiry which hasn't been responded to and nobody answers the landline provided so it is impossible to contest my £100 order which has been paid for.
