“asked for rooms together no they put us at opposite end of hotel. so fair enough they managed to sort that 40 minutes after us arriving! went to rooms to find single beds not made in either room was told had to make them ourselves I'm heavy pregnant it's late at night myself and children are very tired this is the last thing I want to be doing on my holiday even more so after payment £160 for one night! There is 3 of us in each room to only find one towel. very disappointed! Finally settled down into bed to find the TV doesn't work”
