“It's Go Outdoors but on a smaller scale. They had only been open a week when I went. Due, to a change of mind we needed to return some Christmas items. The staff were nice but I've since realised the refund was done incorrectly and I am owed some money.
We had looked online for the replacement item we wanted it was not available for Click and Collect so I assumed they didn't stock that item, when I checked in store they did have it.”

“This shop sells wonderful Kaftans made of Rayon, Viscose, which feels like silky smooth Rayon, and Cotton. They sell many different patterned ones and some beautiful plain coloured ones.I like the Rayon Kaftans best, and the Viscose ones are just as lovely. I have bought a lot! I have the beautiful embroidered plain coloured ones in Black and Purple. I have several tie dye ones and some bright coloured ones with various patterns and some with circles and other patterns on.I am currently very overweight after having an adverse reaction to prescribed steroids. I find the Kaftans extremely comfortable. They will not be wasted when I lose weight and I know they will look even better! I like that I can return items for a refund without any stress or hassle. Great customer service! I love their Kaftans!!”

“I found a coat online and rang the shop to see if I could collect in person. Nathan was very helpful over the phone and found the item and kindly had it put to one side for collection today.I called in today and the staff,Matt and two others( I've forgotten their names) were outstanding with their customer care. “The lovely ladies at Phase Eight made my day, today. After looking in multiple shops on the highstreet, and even online, I finally found a dress I was happy with. I walked into Phase Eight, Skipton, feeling a bit down. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and have struggled to find a dress suitable for a wedding. Most shops I had visited had more or less dismissed me, as they didn't stock maternity clothing, however, the ladies at P.E. went above and beyond for me. My new dress isn't technically maternity but it's shaped to perfection for my bump and me. I cried happy tears. I would 110% recommend Phase Eight to anyone looking for beautiful clothes. The ladies are an absolute delight, more than happy to help and I would have really struggled without their assistance today. Thank you so much for turning a stressful day into a great success.”
