“8 pumps, air for the tyres and water for your windscreen. Plus a car wash. The people that work inside the building are always very friendly. They sell drinks, sandwiches, sweets, etc plus newspapers just outside the entrance to the shop.”

“I visited the Co-op on Monday Evening and could not find what I was looking for, I asked a young girl on the shop floor if she could help me find the item, she stopped what she was doing and spoke to me in a very polite manner asking how I was and had I had a good day, something you don't usually get from a customer service assistant, she asked me to follow her and found exactly what I required. Its people like this that deserve a gold star, that go out their way to help others. She is an asset to the Co-op Team and the company, I'm sure her name was Natalie.”
