“Decided to buy a new bed recently, as my partner was experiencing back pain when waking up. We were keen to support a local business, so visited the Ripon shop and received a warm welcome from John, who has a wealth of experience in the industry. John listened to our needs and made recommendations based upon them. Taking the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and getting an understanding of my partner's sleeping habits. Also considering best storage options. In the end we chose the The Ice Cloud Ortho 2000 , designed for those that like a firmer feel to their mattress. Using a full orthopaedic pocket spring system the Cloud Ortho provides deep levels of firm support from 2000 individually pocketed springs with 5 individual support zones. This zoned support system ensures a perfect support to the heavier parts of your body whilst not being over supportive on your lighter areas, ensuring good support at all times. Opting to buy the ice cloud pillow also. Rob the owner and John have been nothing less than excellent in terms of the service they provide. We were so impressed with them we recommended a friend also use their services. The bed arrived promptly and was delivered by two wonderful fitters, who were respectful of the property, very polite and who were happy to answer any queries I had. From start to finish, a top class service from a business you can trust. First night in the new bed last night and what a difference. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
