was on a call for over 30 minutes as i have not been allowed access to my online banking. not in the slightest helpful and i am still unable to log onto my online banking, nothing had changed as a result of that phone call!

Went to pay cheque in at Santander today and it is closed for refurbishment until 18th December 2024. So I thought I would use the machine outside instead - that too is closed until 18th December ! I understand that they have to close for this type of work, however they clearly don’t understand that people still need...

Open only in the mornings, so that they can have no business customer appointments after 3. Most dishonest bank in the world. Can't shut your account because they will refuse to let you, they will tell you it's for security, the staff take money from customer accounts and then shout you off the line.
